All services and ringing have been cancelled this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but this was an attempt to mark Christmas. At 3pm the mechanical Barry Bell was switched on and it rang as the ten bells were rung up consecutively, each one rung briefly and all lowered. The Barry Bell was then switched off and details recorded in the visitors book. Something for the historians of the future to ponder. Happy Christmas to all!
