Yorkshire Association - Western Branch Striking Competition at Addingham, St Peter

There will be 2 competitions: methods (doubles or minor) and call changes. The rules allow bands to be formed from more than one tower and also allow bands to contain up to 2 visitors, so it is hoped that this will allow lots of bands to enter. Please consider entering even if your tower has never entered a striking competition before. It will hopefully be a fun and rewarding experience even if you don’t win!

Refreshments will be available in the church hall from 10:30 and the draw will take place at 10:45. We will do everything we can to accommodate bands who have other commitments, e.g. need to leave by 12:00 in order to ring for a wedding.

Please email Stuart Heath (stuartATstuartheath.net) by Sunday 6th July if you are hoping to enter a band. It doesn’t need to be a 100% commitment at this stage. Stuart can also share a copy of the rules.
