The Virtual Hub - Welcome and instructions

BellBoard now has a Virtual Hub page designed to help keep you informed about upcoming virtual ringing-related events.

For your event to appear in the Virtual Hub you will need to set the event type to either ’Online ringing’ or ’Online talk’. This can be achieved using the new dropdown list which appears when creating a new event or editing an existing one.

For online talks, it is possible to embed a YouTube video of the talk into the event description (this works for both live streams and for normal videos) using the new Video URL input box which appears when you set the type of event to ’Online talk’.

Finally, events may also now be marked as ’cancelled’ using the new checkbox at the end of the event edit page. This will automatically reformat the event title and will display a red ’X’ before the event title on most pages.
